Graduate from the Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne and having 12 years of international corporate experience has now decided to open her own concept, combining a high-quality heart- warming product while helping our farmers improve their practices and as a consequence, help our planet.
Jean-Philippe
Founder
Born in Switzerland and raised in Alsace, was all his childhood versed in the world of chocolate. Graduate from the Ecole Hotelière de Glion and having worked nearly a decade in his family business, today, together with his wife, puts to contribution his expertise and savoir-faire in the sourcing of a responsible and high-quality product for the customers of Chocolkan.

We're honored to have been able to work with chocolatier-pâtissier Richard Maier to perfect our recipes and finally bring our concept to life.
